Getting to and from Greenwich Campus
By bus
A free shuttle bus runs between Greenwich and Avery Hill Campus. Transport for London (TFL) buses run at regular intervals.
By train
You can access London Underground services via Cutty Sark DLR Station. You can access National Rail services via Greenwich Station and Maze Hill Station.
By boat
The Thames Clipper will take you from Greenwich to Westminster in 35 minutes.
By car
There is no on-campus parking available for students. However, there is a public car park just outside the campus in Park Row.
Visa Information
Thank you for your interest in attending ONNNC 2026. Please note the following regarding visa applications.
1. Responsibility of Attendees
· All international participants are solely responsible for obtaining their own UK entry visa (if required).
· The conference organizing committee does not provide any visa guarantee, sponsor letter, financial support, or accommodation booking confirmations beyond the official conference invitation letter.
· We strongly advise you to start your visa application process at least 4–6 weeks before your planned travel date.
2. What We Provide
· Upon request, the ONNNC 2026 committee will issue an official Conference Invitation Letter in PDF format. This letter:
o Confirms your accepted paper/presentation/attendance at the conference;
o States the conference dates and venue;
o Includes the official contact details of the organizing committee.
· This invitation letter is meant to support your visa application, but it does not guarantee visa approval.
3. How to Request an Invitation Letter
· Only participants who have completed conference registration and paid the registration fee are eligible to receive an invitation letter.
· To request your invitation letter, please send an email to onnnc@outlook.com with the following information:
o Full name (as in passport)
o Passport number
o Nationality
o Date of birth
o Paper ID (if applicable)
o Registration confirmation number
· The letter will be sent to you electronically within 3–5 working days.
4. Visa Application Process

· We do not offer visa guidance, nor do we contact embassies on your behalf. All communication with the visa office must be handled by you.
5. Important Disclaimer
· The invitation letter is issued solely for the purpose of facilitating your visa application. The final decision lies entirely with the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) authorities.
· If your visa is refused, the conference registration fee will be handled according to our cancellation policy (please refer to the Registration page). We recommend that you do not book non-refundable travel or accommodation until your visa is approved.
LONDON
London is the capital and largest city of England and the United Kingdom, with a population of 9.1 million people in 2024. Its wider metropolitan area is the largest in Western Europe, with a population of 15.4 million. London stands on the River Thames in southeast England, at the head of a 50-mile (80 km) tidal estuary down to the North Sea, and has been a major settlement for nearly 2,000 years. Its ancient core and financial centre, the City of London, was founded by the Romans as Londinium and has retained its medieval boundaries. The City of Westminster, to the west of the City of London, has been the site of the national government and parliament for centuries. London grew rapidly in the 19th century, becoming the world's largest city at the time. Since the 19th century the name "London" has referred to the metropolis around the City of London, historically split among the counties of Middlesex, Essex, Surrey, Kent and Hertfordshire. Since 1965 it has largely comprised the administrative area of Greater London, governed by 33 local authorities and the Greater London Authority.
